Quercetin is one of the most biologically active bioflavonoids. Â It stabilizes the immune system, managing stress and inflammation. Â Mixing quercetin with turmeric inhibits the sulfotransferase enzyme that inactivates curcumin, which slows down the metabolization rate of turmeric, creating a greater absorption.
Bromelain is a mixture of enzymes found in pineapples and can be used to treat a number of conditions.  It is also effective in reducing inflammation.
